Both offers are 20% off the hotel’s best available rate on the day, so the price moves with demand — booking early usually costs less. Each booking link opens on a date range covering the conference — choose the nights you actually need. Cancellation terms are set by the hotel, not by the conference.

Good to know
Book early. The delegate discount applies to the best available rate on the day, so it rises as rooms fill. November is busy in Parramatta.
Arriving Sunday. The Welcome Reception is on the afternoon of Sunday 22 November, so most delegates travelling from outside Sydney will need a room from Sunday night.
Two Parramatta campuses — check which one
EPHEA 2026 is at Parramatta South Campus — Western Sydney University, Victoria Rd, Parramatta NSW 2116. This is not the Parramatta City campus on Church Street, which is about 150 m from the Novotel. Set your maps app or rideshare destination to the full address above rather than simply “Western Sydney University”, which will offer you several campuses.
Your booking is with the hotel. Rooms are booked, paid for and cancelled directly with the hotel under its own terms. The conference does not hold or sell rooms and cannot change a hotel booking for you.
Accessible rooms. If you need an accessible room or have specific requirements, contact the hotel directly before booking so they can confirm availability.
