Registration covers the Sunday afternoon Welcome Reception and three full days of program, Monday to Wednesday.

Before you register
Who can attend
The conference is for academic and professional staff working in higher, tertiary and adult education, and for students who meet the student rate criteria. All attendees must be 18 or over, including at social functions.
If you are from a commercial organisation, contact us for approval before registering. Registrations made without approval are cancelled without notice.
Payment
Card payments are processed securely through Stripe, and a tax invoice is emailed to you on completion. Your place is confirmed once payment is received in full — an issued invoice does not hold a place.
A processing fee is passed on at cost: 2.5% for Visa and Mastercard, 3.0% for American Express. An $830 Early Bird member registration comes to $850.75, or $854.90 on Amex.

Changes and cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Event Manager at hello@epheaconference.com.au. Cancellations received up to 22 October 2026 are refunded less 25% for administration and processing. No refunds are made after that date.
Instead of cancelling, you can transfer your registration to someone else in your organisation — in writing by 17 November 2026. One change per registration is free; further changes are $55 each.
Access and dietary requirements
Complete the access, participation and dietary fields on the registration form and we will take it from there. Requests must be received by 15 November 2026 — the venue cannot accept them after that date.
